Privacy Policy
Linear Ducks believes in maintaining the privacy and dignity of our Clients, their Payers, and their Families. We will never sell your private information to anyone else. Period. We will only share the private information in your account with a third party if (1) you direct us to do so, for example, if you approve the access of a family member or friend to your account, (2) to provide or to improve the provision of our services to you, for example, if we need to call an ambulance during our visit, or (3) we are legally obligated to share our information.
We also will not contact you unless we have your express permission. Users of Linear Ducks must opt in to be contacted via email or telephone and have control over their preferences at all times, once they are logged in, via (1) the My Preferences link on the left menu, for occasional notices and special offers, and (2) the My Account link on the left menu, for receiving reports via email.
Please note that users who order the Telephone Assurance Program are giving permission for us to contact them or a third party via telephone in the event that we are unable to reach the Client, due to the nature of that service.
