Cancellation Policy: We never charge you for any service until the week it is scheduled. Therefore, there is never any penalty (aside from possibly giving up your volume discount) if you cancel a service in future weeks. To do that, simply go to your Payment Screen – Future page on the left menu and edit your order, or call us at
615-283-0124, Mon-Fri, 9-5 so we can help you.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee you a refund if you cancel services during the week it is scheduled. This is because our providers receive their assignments, block out their time, and are paid based on the time they commit to us for the week. This system of compensation is how we are able to offer you the services of such high quality providers while not requiring you to make a minimum order of hours, services, or days. In other words, we are dedicated to giving you flexibility in ordering the amount of care you think you'll need but, in order to do this, we had to give up giving you complete flexibility to cancel without penalty. We hope you understand.
