When you order services from Linear Ducks, our system automatically set up a secure account for you. After each visit, we post a summary to this secure account so you can track what we have done. We log how our visit went and how your loved one seemed to feel at the time, and relay any messages or concerns that may have come up in conversation.

You'll always have access to this running record of our neighborly visits, so you can compare and contrast our notes over time to optimize your care requests. Or choose to have us email each report to you as it is submitted. That's easy, too. Family-centered care

When you choose Linear Ducks as your provider, you have the option to add family members to your account. Family members associated with your account are able to login to view our reports (or be emailed the reports, as they prefer), so that they are as up-to-date as you are, without your ever having to relay the news one by one.

Phone visits

Does your loved one prefer phone visits? No problem! We’ll call as often as you'd like.

We also offer a telephone assurance program with our phone visit packages. As part of this program, we make daily reminder calls. If your loved one does not answer at the appointed time, we’ll keep trying to call for half an hour. If he or she still doesn’t answer, we'll notify a designated person to follow-up.
